By accessing or using MacroFlow ("Service", "we", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
MacroFlow is a subscription-based analytics platform providing:

You must be at least 18 years of age to use MacroFlow. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The Service is not available to residents of jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law.
MacroFlow offers a 7-day free trial on the plan you select at signup. A valid payment method is required, but you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, your subscription will start automatically and your first charge will be made after the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial at no cost from your account settings.
Plans and pricing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and SEPA bank transfers. Prices are displayed in USD. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Billing cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Refunds: If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to the Service for more than 48 continuous hours, contact us at hello@macroflow.capital for a pro-rated refund consideration.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with MacroFlow are the exclusive property of MacroFlow or its licensors. The AI bias engine, analysis methodology, and platform design are protected by intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading reference purposes only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MACROFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL MACROFLOW BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime during active trading hours (Sunday 22:00 – Friday 22:00 UTC). Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services, CDN providers, or force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately. Clauses 7, 8, and 11 survive termination.
Diese AGB unterliegen dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG). Gerichtsstand ist, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, Meerbusch, Deutschland.
Verbraucher mit Wohnsitz in der Europäischen Union behalten sämtliche zwingenden Schutzrechte nach dem Recht ihres Wohnsitzstaates, die durch diese Rechtswahl nicht zu ihrem Nachteil abbedungen werden können (Art. 6 Rom-I-VO).
These Terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. EU consumers retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of their country of residence (Art. 6 Rome I Regulation).
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses.

Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Im Falle eines wirksamen Widerrufs haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab Eingang Ihrer Widerrufserklärung zurückzuzahlen. Die Rückzahlung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, sofern nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart wurde.
Bei Verträgen über digitale Dienstleistungen erlischt das Widerrufsrecht vorzeitig, wenn der Unternehmer mit der Vertragsausführung begonnen hat, nachdem der Verbraucher (i) ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass der Unternehmer vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Ausführung beginnt, und (ii) seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er mit Beginn der Ausführung sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Mit der Aktivierung Ihres Abonnements und der Nutzung des MacroFlow-Dienstes erklären Sie sich ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass MacroFlow mit der Erbringung der Leistung sofort beginnt, und bestätigen, dass Sie Ihr Widerrufsrecht mit Beginn der Ausführung verlieren.
